Please Be Advided, All Cycle One Past-Due Balances are due no later than 4:00 pm on 1/15/24. If not paid by that time all Cycle One Past-due balances will pick up a $50.00 NON-PAYMENT fee and will be disconnected on 1/21/24. If you leave your payment in the overnight drop box please do not forget to include the $50.00 NON-PAYMENT fee or you could be disconected on 1/21/24. Please do not attempt to pay any Cycle One Past-Due balances at this moment. Those payments are made to a third party vendor and will not be processed for up to 5 business days which could result in you being disconnected. If you need to make a payment on a Past-Due Balance please come to our office or call and speak with a CSR to insure payment will be made on time. CWA will be Closed on 1/20/25.
