Please Be Advised, ALL CYCLE 1 Past Due balances are due no later than 4:00pm on 4/15/2026. Any Cycle 1 Past Due balance remaining after that time will pick up a $50.00 Non-Payment fee and will be disconnected on 4/20/2026. If you choose to use the Overnight Drop Box please do not forget to include the $50.00 Non-Payment fee or you could be disconnected on 4/20/2026.

Please click the green Bill Payment button and then the green Pay My Bill button to go to our new portal to set up your new account. Once there you will need to click the register button. You will need your WEB ID and Zip Code. If you get an error use 35045 as your Zip Code.
