Please be advised all Cycle One Past-Due balances are due no laster than 4:00 pm on 4/15/25. If payment has not been made by that time, all Past-Due balances from Cycle One will pick up a $50.00 non-payment fee and will be disconnected on 4/21/2025. If you leave your payment in the overnight drop box please do not forget to include the $50.00 non-payment fee along with your payment our you could be disconnected on 4/21/2025. Please do not attempt to pay any Past-Due balances from Cycle One online at this time because those payments take up to 5 business days to post to your account. CWA will be closed on 4/18/2025 in observance of Good Friday.
