Chilton Water Authority offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with the right side portion of your bill. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the 1st or the 15th due date specified on your bill.  The mailing address is located on your bill and also above.

 Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off, mail it or fax it to our office, along with a voided check.  The physcial address and fax number is located on the home page at the top right corner.  Mailing address is listed above/ This payment plan is processed on the 10th of each month or the following business day.

Chilton Water Authority consistently strives to provide our citizens with the best services and programs that strengthen our community and improve quality of life.

As we continue to grow with the times as a thriving community, we are so excited to announce that our citizens will soon have a NEW and ENHANCED payments portal.  The same high-level security that you have grown to expect from us will not change, however the new portal will be more user-friendly – providing more ways to manage your account(s) and improve the overall payment experience with features that include:

  • Easy enrollment in Auto Pay, Ebilling and Text N Pay options
  • Historical bill and payment data
  • Capability to update your account
  • Multilingual capabilities
  • One-view multi-property access

 Walk-in or Drive-Thru Payment Option

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, credit cards ($3.00 handling fee) or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, the 15th of the month, the last day of the month and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.  Credit Cards that are accepted are VISA, Mastercard, and Discover with a handling fee.

 

Night Deposit Box Payment Option

You may use the Night Deposit Box located at the Drive-Thru. This payment option is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We recommend that customers tear off and include the right side of the bill when paying by check or money order.  CWA cannot be responsible for cash left in the Night Deposit Box.  To avoid the $10.00 late penalty the payment should be made before 8:00 am on the 2nd or the16th of each month.

 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

You may use the "Automatic Bill Pay Direct Link" listed below to pay your bill online. There is a handling fee for using this type of payment process.  This service will debit the customer's checking or credit card account to pay the bill.  Please consult the "WEB Payment Instructions" sheet on the Forms & Reports screen for instructions on getting started using this type of payment plan. You will also need the WEB ID that is listed on your bill.  Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's Chilton Water Authority's account so please consider the 1st or the 15th of each month's due date to avoid a late penalty.
