Please Be Advised, ALL Cycle 1 Past-Due Balances are due no later than 4:00 pm on 1/15/2026.  If you pay your past balance after that time you will be charged a $50.00 NON-PAYMENT fee and be disconnected on 1/20/2026.  

Please click the green Bill Payment button and then the green Pay My Bill button to go to our new portal to set up your new account.  Once there you will need to click the register button.  You will need your WEB ID and Zip Code.  If you get an error use 35045 as your Zip Code.
