Please Be Advised! ALL Cycle 1 Past-Due Balances are due no later than 4:00 pm on 8/17/2026.  If payment on those Past-Due balances is not made by that time then a $50.00 Non-Payment fee willl be added to the account and it will be placed in disconnect status to be be disconnected on 8/19/2026.  If you leave your Past-Due balance payment in the overnight drop box after 4:00 pm on 8/17/2026 please do not forget to include the $50.00 Non-Payment fee or you will be disconnected on 8/19/2026.  

If you are having issues creating a login to the payment portal try to log in using your WebID and the zipcode 35045.
