The CWA Payment Portal is now avaliable for our customers at to set up and start paying their Utility Bills. You will need your WEB ID, ZIP CODE and an active E-mail address. If there is a problem then use a default zipcode of 35045. ANy questions Please Call our Office at 205-646-3300.

Please Be Advised, All Cycle 2 Past-Due Balances are due no later than 4:00pm on 1/2/26. Any payment made after that time will pick up a $50.00 NON-PAYMENT FEE and will be disconnected on 1/6/2026. If you choose to use the overnight deposit box after 4:00pm on the 2nd please do not forget to include the $50.00 non-payment fee along with the past due balance or you will be disconnected on the 1/6/2026. Please do not attempt to pay any past due balances online at this time.
