Please Be Advised! All Cycle 2 past due balances are due by 4:00 pm on 3/2/2026. If not paid by that time, all Past Due balances will pick up a $50.00 Non-Payment Fee and be disconnected on 3/4/2026. If you choose to use the overnight drop box after 4:00 pm on 3/2/26 please do not forget to include the $50.00 Non-Payment fee or you will be disconnected on 3/4/2026.

Please click the green Bill Payment button and then the green Pay My Bill button to go to our new portal to set up your new account. Once there you will need to click the register button. You will need your WEB ID and Zip Code. If you get an error use 35045 as your Zip Code.
