Please Be Advised! All Cycle 2 Past-Due Balances are due no later than 4:00 PM on 4/1/2026. After that time ALL Past-Due Balances for Cycle 2 will incur a $50.00 Non-Payment Fee and will be disconnected on 4/6/2026. If you decide to use the drop box after that time please do not forget to include the $50.00 Non-Payment Fee or you will be disconnected on 4/6/2026. Chilton Water will be closed on April 3, 2026 in observance of Good Friday.

Please click the green Bill Payment button and then the green Pay My Bill button to go to our new portal to set up your new account. Once there you will need to click the register button. You will need your WEB ID and Zip Code. If you get an error use 35045 as your Zip Code.
