Any Cycle 1 Past-Due Balance left unpaid at 4:00 pm on 5/15/26 will incur a $50.00 Non-Payment fee and will then be disconnected on 5/19/26. If you use the night deposit box please do not forget the $50.00 Non-Payment fee or you will be disconnected on 5/19/26.

Please click the green Bill Payment button and then the green Pay My Bill button to go to our new portal to set up your new account. Once there you will need to click the register button. You will need your WEB ID and Zip Code. If you get an error use 35045 as your Zip Code.
