Please Be Advised! All Cycle 1 Past-Due Balances are due no later than 4:00 pm on 10/15/2025. Any Past-Due Balances not paid by that time will pick up a $50.00 Non-Payment Fee and will be disconnected on 10/20/2025. If you choose to leave your payment in the night deposit drop box, please do not forget to include the $50.00 Non-Payment fee or you will be disconnected on 10/20/2025. Please do not attempt to pay any Past-Due Balances online at this time because those payments are made to a third party vendor and may not post to your account before it is disconnected. Any payments on Past-Due balances will need to be paid in our office or by phone during business hours.
